The problem it solves
Most early-stage B2B companies have no one whose job is distribution.
There is no marketer. There is no SDR. Every function is one person deep, and that person is the founder. When the founder is delivering client work or building the product, the work that fills next quarter's pipeline stops, because there is nobody else to do it.
This is not a discipline problem. It is a headcount problem that arrives before you can afford headcount.
The effect is predictable. Output is inconsistent — three posts one week, nothing for six. Pipeline follows the same pattern on a lag. By the time you notice it's empty, you're already two months from fixing it.
Most founders know this is happening. Knowing doesn't help, because the constraint is hours, not awareness.
Why the existing tools don't close the gap
The AI tools available today are assistants. They need you to open them, describe your business, write a good prompt, and then edit the output. The quality can be decent. The dependency is unchanged: nothing happens unless you sit down and make it happen.
That works when you have time and fails exactly when you don't — which is the same week your pipeline needs the work most.
What FirstOrg does
FirstOrg does not wait to be opened. It builds an understanding of your company once — what you sell, who you sell to, how you position, how you write — and then runs the work against it on a schedule.
For content, that means four things:
Strategy. It sets the themes, angles and channels worth your time, and a weekly volume tied to the revenue target you give it.
Planning. It fills a schedule in advance. You can see what is going out, on which channel, on which day.
Writing. It drafts each piece for the channel it's going to, using your positioning and your voice. A blog post is written as a blog post, not as a LinkedIn post made longer.
Publishing. It posts on schedule. There is no copy-paste step and no folder of drafts waiting for an hour you don't have.
You set how much autonomy it has, per type of work. You can approve everything before it goes out, approve some of it, or let it run unsupervised. You can change that at any point.
What is not built yet
Content is the only function live today. Prospecting, outbound, inbound response and engagement are on the roadmap and not available now.
The intended end state is a single engine covering all of them, working from the same understanding of your company and pointed at the same revenue target. We are building it one function at a time and shipping as each is ready.
Who this is for
Early-stage B2B companies — solo founders through to teams of about ten — selling to other businesses through a pipeline. It is most useful if you are the person who would otherwise be doing this work and you are not currently doing it.
It is not a fit if you already have a marketing team, or if your distribution runs through channels other than content and outbound.
Getting started
You give it your revenue target, your customer profile, and access to the channels you publish on. It produces a strategy and a schedule from that, and starts running.
