When you generate a revenue plan or sign up for the waitlist on firstorg.ai, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your company name
  • Your email address
  • The information you provide to generate your plan, including your target monthly revenue, industry, ideal customer profile, current sales channels, deal size, and sales cycle length
  • The plan we generate for you based on the above

We may also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. This is used for analytics and security only.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information to:

  • Generate your revenue plan and deliver it to you
  • Add you to our waitlist and notify you about FirstOrg's availability
  • Send you communications about FirstOrg, including product updates and offers for our own services
  • Improve the Service

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Where we store it

Your information is stored in Brevo (sendinblue.com), our customer relationship and email platform. Brevo processes this data on our behalf as a data processor.

4. Use of AI services

To generate your plan and operate parts of the Service, we send some of the information you provide to large language model providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic. This may include your company name, industry, ICP, target revenue, and other plan inputs.

These providers process this data on our behalf to return outputs we use in your plan. They do not use your data to train their models when accessed through their commercial APIs, in line with their published API terms.

We do not send your name or email address to these providers as part of plan generation.

5. Lawful basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, our lawful bases for processing your personal data are:

  • Consent — you provide your information voluntarily to receive a plan and join the waitlist.
  • Legitimate interests — to operate, improve, and market our own Service to you. You can object to this at any time.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as required by law.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@firstorg.ai, subject to any retention obligations we are required to meet.
