When you use the Service, you provide information including your name, company name, email address, and details about your business used to generate a revenue plan.
You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate. You agree we may process this information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The revenue plan we generate is provided for informational purposes. It is based on the information you provide and on assumptions, formulas, and AI-generated outputs. It is not financial, business, legal, or investment advice. Outcomes will depend on factors outside our control, including your execution, market conditions, and the accuracy of the information you provide.
You use the plan at your own discretion. We make no guarantees about results.
The Service uses third-party AI providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic, to generate parts of the plan and operate features of the Service. Some of the information you provide is shared with these providers for processing. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The Service, including all software, content, branding, and the structure of the generated plans, is owned by EMQM Limited or its licensors. The plan generated for you is yours to use within your business. You retain ownership of the information you provide.
By providing your email address, you agree to receive communications from us about FirstOrg, product updates, and our services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EMQM Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed £100 or the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
You agree to indemnify and hold EMQM Limited harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
